Weaver Vale Housing Association Case Study.

As part of a drive to find more efficient ways to deliver its Housing Repair Service, Weaver Vale Housing Trust has implemented our fully-integrated mobile solution. This is now supporting its tradesmen while they visit properties, significantly reducing their administration workload. As well as improving customer service, it's also contributed to a 10 per cent saving in operating costs.

Since adopting ndl-metascybe’s mobile and integration technology, Weaver Vale have added more and more processes to their solution such that all of their responsive repair trades people can now take advantage of the mobile working solution whatever their trade discipline, on an individual or team basis.
Initially only used for trades people, the fully integrated solution now links their existing Housing, Job Scheduling, Stores and Accounts Systems with workers in the field with further integration work between stores, accounts and third party suppliers.
